If you are in a mental health crisis and need immediate support, you can call your GP or, if they are closed, call NHS 24 on 111.

Otherwise, there are a variety of mental health and wellbeing services available to people who live in Edinburgh, which will provide support for people with various conditions including depression, anxiety, distress, and feelings of panic.
